Catural's after-sales solution

To coincide with the launch of Catural Natural on the market, we provided conceptual and technical support for the website and packaging. The site is intended to support customers after purchase by providing important information to help them get started and answer any questions they may have.

Catural GmbH previously sold high-quality cat litter under a private label. As of 2024, however, they have found a distributor and are selling their first products under their own name.

The challenge

Catural GmbH needed a landing page that could be accessed via a QR code on the cat litter bags. The aim was to provide customers with clear post-purchase instructions on how to use the cat litter, while also presenting the company and its commitment to sustainability.

Our Approach

We began with an intensive briefing session together with Cural GmbH, during which we defined the objectives and core messages of the landing page. It was particularly important to clearly outline the function of the page: a digital platform that would accompany customers after purchase, familiarise them with the product and, at the same time, convey the company's sustainable values.

To create a common basis, we discussed the planned approach in detail. This open exchange with the customer ensured that everyone was on the same page and understood the vision.

Building on this foundation, we developed initial wireframes and structural proposals that were user-friendly, informative and clearly laid out. These were refined together until the ideal structure was found. At the same time, we created texts tailored to the needs of existing customers — clear, precise and easy to understand. As Catural operates internationally in countries such as France and England, we provided the content in three languages — German, English and French — to optimally meet the needs of all customers.

The UI design was aligned step-by-step with the content and functionality of the landing page. Using a prototype, we were able to integrate, optimize, and finalize the design and content in an iterative process.

Finally, we oversaw the technical implementation down to the finest detail. We coordinated our collaboration with the developers to ensure that the site went live on time, offering top-quality, precise solutions tailored to Catural's customers' needs.

Result

The end result is a clearly structured landing page that explains how to use the cat litter in a simple, easy-to-understand way. With insights into the company's sustainable values, the page builds trust and strengthens customers' confidence in the brand. The QR code provides quick and easy access to the information for every user.
