The challenge
Clarifying strengths and making them visible in a targeted manner.
SRTS is operationally robust and a reliable partner for its existing customers. Our task was to articulate the existing strengths so clearly and precisely that they could be recognised and embraced both internally and externally.
Two key areas of action emerged:
- Sharpening the brand identity: The values and strengths of SRTS — agility, partnership and efficiency — were precisely formulated and translated into a clear brand identity.
- Modernising the brand image: Based on the new identity, we developed a new logo and brand design to visually support SRTS's attitude in a clear, modern and flexible way.

Our Approach
Making brand strengths visible and tangible
For us, brand work always starts with what is already there: the strengths, values and culture of a brand.SRTS was clear from the outset that it's not about inventing something new, but about showcasing the existing substance to the outside world.
In-depth analysis and shared understanding: We worked in close collaboration to develop and refine the SRTS identity.
Target group orientation through buyer personas: We defined key target groups and developed communication guidelines that address them precisely.
Design as an amplifier of identity: The new logo and brand design are not creative ends in themselves; rather, they clearly and flexibly convey SRTS's attitude across all points of contact.
Our aim is to make strengths visible, make identity tangible, and optimally position brands for the future.

We achieved this by developing a refined brand strategy and a new visual identity.
- Sharpened brand profile: Values and strengths are clearly communicated to the outside world
- Visual consistency: The logo, colour scheme, typography and visual language all authentically reflect the brand identity and can be applied flexibly across all touchpoints.
- Targeted approach: With buyer personas developed, sales and communication measures can be targeted more precisely.
The new brand foundation makes SRTS more appealing and provides direction for future developments.
