The challenge
Communicating products individually – simply, precisely and convincingly.
Healthcare products are not one-size-fits-all solutions. Each target group, product and need requires a unique approach.
Our task:
- To understand users precisely,
- identify the relevant trigger points,
- and present the benefits of the products clearly and comprehensively – with as little text as possible.
To this end, we began with intensive buyer persona development to accurately record preferences, pain points and usage motivations.
Based on this, we created two content routes for each product, each tailored to different focal points and usage scenarios.
